Tin plating powder is a chemical compound that will provide a bright plated finish on a copper clad PCB. The Tin Plating solution will dissolve in water at 50°C and will deposit 1.5 to 2 microns in the first half hour. The outcome is a highly solderable finish. 450g Sufficient to make 5 litres Board coverage 2.7m² This solution in its made up form will plate 1.0 – 1.5 microns in 5-10 minutes. From one litre complete coverage of 30-40 100 mm x 160 mm Euro cards is possible which equates to 120 Eurocards with 30% copper coverage or 1.92 square meters. The tin molecules deposited at room temperature are very small making the coating fine, hard and homogenous. Once dissolved the solution can be used at room temperature. Working solution has 6 months shelf life, unmixed powder has unlimited shelf life.
