The Double XL C-Beam Gantry Plate was designed in house here at Maker Store. The extended plate allows for more wheels to be attached, resulting in a more heavy-duty and stable gantry system to be built. Designed for use with the C-Beam extrusion using our Solid V Xtreme Wheels or the Solid V Delrin Wheels. A strong 6mm thick aluminum 6061- T5 plate. Brushed black anodized for a finished look. Recessed screw pockets ensure flush mounts. Includes pre-tapped mounting holes. Adjustable end holes allow for creating a very accurate and reliable double Nut Block system. Center recess allows for a double nut block mounting configuration. Up to 10-wheel mounting configuration for secure and precise rail lock-in. The wide wheel spread along the axis makes for a very sturdy axis. Dimensions 125mm x 225mm (Length x Width). 6mm thick aluminum plate.
