Screen Printing Frames high quality construction to fit a whole host of Screen Priniting machines. Each Screen Printing frame has the silk screen mesh applied. Mesh is measured as threads per centimetre, 77 being suitable for the printing of solder masks and 120 for Idents, Component Notation and front panel Artwork. Some popular sizes are listed above. All dimensions below are for the outside of the frame. The Screen frames are 38mm wide, the printable area is normally 25mm in on the mesh, ie. 63mm from the outside frame dimension. Alternative size screens and mesh sizes are available upon request.
