Colleys

Colleys is the largest valuation and surveying business of its kind in the UK. It is backed by the substantial resources of HBoS plc.

Our decision to use them as the preferred valuation provider is due to the fact that they are also the valuer of choice for the majority of lenders due to their realistic market valuations and opinions.

As a result the lenders are satisfied that their opinion, even during difficult times such as these, can be trusted. Ultimately this means our clients can be rest assured they are receiving genuine equity as part of their purchase.

Reedsrains

Reeds Rains have the expertise and knowledge to make home buying a smooth and simple process. Their extensive experience and expert knowledge is the foundation of a unique insight into the property market, shared across a national office network.

This will ensure we can facilitate viewings anywhere in the UK with the comfort of knowing our clients are in safe hands.

Mhm

Comfortable Living has chosen to use MyHomeMove to arrange the conveyancing services for all of its buyers. MyHomeMove is the country's largest independent supplier of conveyancing, and has a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and speed of transaction. Through it's subsidiary Premier Property Lawyers, clients of Comfortable Start will be guided through the legal process of moving home as simply as possible.

MyHomeMove has made the service as easy and accessible as possible by doing a number of simple things; by avoiding jargon, by being available at times to suit the client which means up till eight in the evening and throughout the weekends, and making detailed progress notes available on the internet. Clients will also hear from their personal case handler constantly, sometimes by text message and other times by phone.

Comfortable Living has arranged a standard fee for all of their clients, and even this is on a no move no legal fee arrangement, so if for any reason things do not reach a conclusion there will be no big legal bill to pay.
