The new independant way for First Time Buyers to get on the property ladder - with no strings attached.
We are pleased to announce the launch of our sister company, Comfortable Start. A new independant way of helping First Time Buyers to own their first home.
It enables first time buyers to buy new build properties with a significant genuine discount off the current market value. They can purchase their first home with the comfort of a genuine equity cushion to protect them from any potential falls in the market.
Each home is independently valued and we receive a discount on this current market valuation of between 20% and 40%. We then pass on virtually all of this discount to you. In addition, Comfortable Start will provide you with a 5% gifted deposit for the property.
Unlike every other first time buyer incentive package currently available, the savings achieved on the current market valuation and the 5% gifted deposit do not have to be repaid - ever. This means you own the property 100% from day one.
