We help investors and home buyers to purchase used and newly built properties at a significant genuine discount off the current market value. Each home is independently valued by an RICS chartered surveyor and we receive a discount on this current market valuation of between 20% and 40%.

Comfortable Living is a socially and ethically responsible company. As part of this commitment, 15% of our net profits is donated to charitable causes.
